Freight:

All products will be delivered with a freight charge to customers , unless otherwise stated.

Standard orders will be sent via PBT Couriers and take approximately 1-3 working days to be delivered within New Zealand. Residents of rural areas please allow postage to take up to 5 working days. You can track your order at www.pbt.co.nz, please contact us if you require a tracking number.

Surfboards and SUP's are sent via Mainfreight and take approximately 1-3 working days to be delivered within New Zealand. Residents of rural areas please allow freight to take up to 5 working days. You can track your order at www.mainfreight.co.nz, please contact us if you require a tracking number.

Returns.

Returns will only be accepted for faulty items. If you do have warranty or return enquiry, contact us by email as soon as possible for resolution shop@exitsurf.com.

Exit Surf will always respect the privacy of our customers. We want to give the best customer service possible. The only information we collect is the information given when an order is placed or by joining our opt in mailing list. At no time will we sell or share that information with any other third party. The information obtained from registration on-line is used to save you time in the future and /or receive occasional e-mails.
