7S Surfboards

The brand has a major introduction for 2009. As well as offering the Super Fish and Super Fish XL in regular polyester, we now have Epoxy technology as well. These new boards are super light and very durable.

As an extension to the Epoxy line we have added the Über Fish, a 9'8" Stand Up Paddle board. These board will be really popular this year. 

Aussie Fish

The Aussie Fish is a Semi Fish design. It has much less volume in the nose than the traditional old school Fishes that were designed in the US.

The Semi Fish design means that it is a cross between a performance shortboard and a true fish design. It is a great board to ride in small to medium surf. It paddles easily and will help you make the most of being on the face of the wave.

The board features a single concave bottom that delivers extra speed and drive while turning.

The glass job has been upgraded to be more performance orientated. The Aussie Fish is probably the biggest sleeper of the range. It rides well and outperforms expectations consistently.

All boards are glassed with a 2 x 4oz deck and 1 x 4oz bottom with a patch on the fin area. This year the boards have the upgraded a pro finish and they come standard with FCS M3 or 5 Glassflex Series fins. 3s on the smaller models and 5s on the larger models.

 

Super Fish

The Super Fish is a phenomenon! It is loved by thousands of surfers around the world who have bought one since we launched the board a couple of years ago.

The secret to the success of the Super Fish is in its design. The most obvious one is the step deck, this give the board a huge buoyancy advantage but leave the board with high performance rails. Secondly the bottom of the board features low entry rocker that feeds into a full length concave that helps the board get up and plane quickly. This feeds through to a double in the back to help get the most out of turns. The Super Fish will help you make sections that you never have before, it is fast and smooth.

All boards are glassed with a 2 x 4oz deck and 1 x 4oz bottom with a patch on the fin area. We give the boards either the silky smooth Pro or Gloss Polish finish and they come standard with FCS M7 Quad Glassflex Series fins.

Super Fish XL

The Super Fish XL was designed because of the constant feedback we got from Surf Shops saying bigger surfers and Longboards wanted to get on but the 6'3" was too small. So we introduced the three larger sizes. The feedback has been sensational.

Depending on your size everyone can ride a Super Fish XL. The 6'8" for people around the 85kg / 185lb mark, the 7'3" for people between that and 90kg / 200lb mark. Over that you will be looking at the 8'0".

When you ride this board you will find that it paddles quickly because of the step deck. You can take late drops that you couldn't on a Longboard and you will do bottom turns like you haven't done for years. The Super Fish XL is a joy to ride. We have updated this model with the Quad option. This makes it go even faster and gives a new meaning to smooth turns.

WMD

WARNING - THIS IS NOT YOUR DAD'S FISH!

The new 7S WMD defines the bullet movement for performance alternative Shortboard designs.

High performance rails, and a super thin swallow tail generate massive speed and thrust out of every bottom turn.

The WMD's entry rocker and tail exit are very flat allowing the rider to get in and set up early as well as generate speed quickly after spins and over vertical cutbacks. It's signature 3/4 length single concave enhances the easy rocker profile providing lift for more speed in any condition from knee high to overhead.

The WMD's single flyer swallow tail is combined with a spiral vee behind the front fins giving the board two major advantages: the drive of a thruster and the pivot and easy recovery of a wide twin fin.

Ride it as a thruster or a twinster - with a little trailer fin! This board is all about going fast.

The WMD comes standard with FCS M3 or M5 Glassflex Series fins.
